Dear Terry,
As you are aware Major & Orion had been  planning their Fun Day for some time now and we are pleased to say the day went very well indeed.

The weather was kind to them after a wet start to the day, folks and dogs arrived in eager           anticipation. It was lovely to see working Guide Dogs as well as puppy walkers mixing with the general public.
We had hoped to raise around £500 but at the end of the day we were really pleased to say a grand sum of £1,045.00 was raised.

We therefore enclose a cheque for £1,045.00 which we hope you will put towards the upkeep of a guide dog puppy.

Also this is our way of saying thank you to Guide Dogs for Major who did not make the grade on health grounds but we could not have had a better dog as a pet and he has been such an inspiration to Orion.
